Lamb Tacos |

| 1 lb. ground lamb |
Combine ground lamb, onion, and |
| 1 medium onion, chopped |
Combine lamb, onion and garlic in skillet. Cook over medium heat until lamb is slightly brown and the onion is tender, stirring often. Drain. Add
taco seasoning mix, prepare according to package directions. Warm crisp
tortillas according to package directions or fry fresh tortillas in oil
until crisp. Drain, fold and fill with lamb and your choice of toppings. |
